30% of the salary
in your posting.
That is the standard price for the whole job, a month; every job also carries a minimum, listed below. You see the first week of the work before you pay anything, and the exact figure is in your proposal before you decide.
Put in your posting. See your month.
The same arithmetic as your proposal: the salary in your posting, the job's minimum, and the month rounded to the nearest ten dollars.
$1,395a month with Allying
30% of $44,770 a year would be $1,120 a month; this job's minimum is $1,395.
A hire costs the salary and what an employer pays on it: in the U.S. the private-industry average for benefits and payroll taxes (Bureau of Labor Statistics); in Canada, Australia and Singapore the contributions the law requires. Recruiting, equipment and training are not counted. A VA agency is a published U.S. price for one full-time assistant.

How paying works
- Today$0
The first week of the job, done on a private page made for you, before we ask for a conversation.
- The call$0
A short call and a card on file. Nothing is charged, and your free week starts.
- Day 8Your monthly price
Your first monthly charge. Month to month from there, with no contract term.
The first week costs nothing: we do it before we ask for a conversation, on a private page made for you. If you go ahead, you book a short call and add a card, and nothing is charged. Your free week starts with the call, and the first charge comes on day 8. After that you are billed monthly, month to month. There is no contract term. Stop with one note and nothing more is charged.
What the price includes
The salary on a posting has always paid for five things at once, and so does this price.
The work, done, every week, in your brand.
Someone reachable in your own channels: Slack, Teams, text, WhatsApp or email, with a phone number of its own.
A named specialist with experience in that job, who answers for the quality and picks up when something is strange.
A daily note and a weekly report, with every action on the record where you can see it.
Your say on what goes out: nothing is sent or published in your name without your yes, until you tell us what no longer needs asking.
What it does not include
Money that leaves your business is separate: ad budgets, paid tools, printing, anything with a receipt. None of it is spent without your approval, and none of it is in our price. A second job is a second posting and a second price.
Compared with the hire you were about to make
Across private industry, benefits were 30.0% of what employers paid per hour worked in June 2026, and wages and salaries the other 70.0%, by the Bureau of Labor Statistics' count [1]. So a $60,000 salary is closer to $85,700 a year in employer cost at that average (the salary divided by 0.70), before recruiting, equipment and training. The same job with Allying is $1,500 a month. The full comparison, with when a hire is the better choice, is on Allying vs hiring an employee.

Every job's minimum
Every job has a minimum monthly price, because of what that work costs to do well; today the minimums run from $900 to $2,500 a month. Below a job's threshold salary you pay its minimum; above it you pay 30%.
Today every job in our catalog is priced at the standard 30%; what changes from job to job is the minimum. A job can carry its own share, and when one does it is named here with its minimum.
From our catalog of jobs, the same one your proposal is priced from. Whatever applies to your job is written in your proposal, in the same words as this page, before you decide.
How the price is worked out
We start from the number you already wrote down: the salary in your job posting. The standard price is 30% of it, spread over the year and billed by the month. Nothing is added for payroll, benefits, equipment or holidays, because there are none.
| Salary in your posting | With Allying, at the standard share |
|---|---|
| $48,000 | $1,200 a month |
| $60,000 | $1,500 a month |
| $75,000 | $1,880 a month |
| $90,000 | $2,250 a month |
Rounded to the nearest ten dollars, the same way your proposal rounds it, before the minimum a job carries (below).
An hourly posting is priced the same way, on a 40-hour week (2,080 hours a year): $25 an hour is $52,000 a year, so $1,300 a month at the standard share.
A project with an end date is priced as one total instead of a month: 30% of the project's value, never more than half of it, and never less than $1,500.
