About Allying

Every business deserves a world-class team.

Allying does the job your business has already posted, for 30% of the salary in your posting, a month. We do the first week before we ask for a conversation, a named specialist answers for the work, and every action is on the record.

A smiling woman in navy scrubs stands behind a wooden reception counter talking with an older man in a plaid shirt and khaki trousers who holds a dark jacket over his arm, with tooth models on a shelf, a dental chair visible through a doorway, and a waiting area with plants and a lamp to the right.
Clinics
A bearded man in a dirty dark work jacket and ear defenders measures a long timber board on two wooden sawhorses, with a half-built timber frame, a ladder and a mitre saw behind him.
Contractors
A woman with her hair in a bun, wearing a grey knit sweater, places an amber glass bottle into a cardboard box lined with white tissue paper at a wooden table crowded with boxes and bottles, while another woman in an apron works at shelves of bottles behind her.
Consumer brands
A woman in a white short-sleeved shirt and dark apron arranges greens on a plate under brass heat lamps while a man in a black shirt and cap cooks over a flaming pan behind her in a steel kitchen.

Until the hire arrives, the owner does the job.

Usually after hours. The technology to do much of that work well is here, but it tends to arrive as one more tool to learn. Allying starts where the owner already wrote down what they need, the job posting, and does the job: social media, customer emails and campaigns, customer care, the phones, admin and operations, content and video, design, research and reporting, and more.

Our manifesto tells the long version, and every job we do has its own guide.

  • 1 weekof the job done in your brand before we ask for a conversation
  • 30%of the salary in your posting, a month, as the standard rule
  • 22 jobson offer today, each with its own hiring guide
  • 1 minuteto a reply in Slack or by text, during your hours
What we believe

Five things we hold to, on every job.

Each one is something the work does, not a slogan on a wall.

  • A woman with dark hair in a loose bun, wearing a linen apron over a dark top, smiles down at a tablet at a wooden workbench covered in cut greenery, beside a half-made arrangement in a stoneware pot and metal buckets of flowers.
    01

    The work comes first

We do the first week of the job before we ask for a conversation, in your brand, from what you have already published. You judge the work, not a pitch.

  • A bearded man in a dark long-sleeved shirt and a worn canvas apron laughs while holding a phone to his ear, leaning one hand on a wooden workbench in a bicycle workshop with a bike on a repair stand behind him and tools hanging on a pegboard wall.
    02

    Someone answers for it

Every job has a named specialist who answers for the work. When something is strange or wrong, a person picks it up.

  • Two women sit close together at a wooden desk looking at a laptop whose screen faces away, one pointing at it, while in the background a hairdresser works on a seated person in front of tall arched mirrors.
    03

    Nothing hidden

Every action taken in your name is on the record, with when it happened and what it was based on. Anyone who asks how the work is made gets a plain answer.

  • A smiling woman in a flour-dusted apron hands a paper bag with a loaf of bread across a floured wooden counter to a smiling grey-haired woman in a dark coat and scarf, with shelves of round loaves behind them.
    04

    Your business, your yes

Nothing reaches your customers, goes public or spends your money without your yes, until you tell us that kind of thing no longer needs asking.

  • Two hands pin the sleeve of a charcoal wool jacket on a dress form, next to a wooden workbench with scissors and a dish of pins, while the person wears a pin cushion on the wrist.
    05

    Craft

Your brand, your voice, and work you would be proud to have done yourself. We get the details right, and when something is off, we fix it.

Mae began her career as a remote executive assistant and rose to run the office of a family investment company as its Chief of Staff, with work across investment management, healthcare and companies that build developer APIs. She knows how to serve a business that relies on a global team, because she was part of one. She co-founded Allying, and she is the person who answers when you write to it.

“Every business owner deserves a world-class team. We obsess over combining the latest technology with a human touch to make that possible.”

How the work is made

The work is done with AI and overseen by a named specialist who answers for it. Checks run before anything goes out, your specialist reads the work on a schedule and everything you raise, and you keep the last word. We do not stamp a badge on the work and we do not hide how it is made: it is on every page where you see the work, in the agreement, and in the answer anyone gets the moment they ask. Whether your own customers are told up front or when they ask is your choice.
