Terms of service
The terms for the website and for hiring Allying, in plain words. Last updated 27 September 2026.
Who we are
Allying is operated by PM Frontier LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801. These terms and our privacy policy apply to the website and to the service. Write to hello@allying.com about anything here.
What Allying is
You post a job, and Allying does it. The work is done with AI and overseen by a named specialist who answers for it. The employee works in your channels, in your name and in your brand, and everything it does is written to a record you can read. Nothing higher-risk goes out in your name without your yes, unless you have said that kind of thing may go without asking.
Your agreement is the contract
Each job has its own written agreement: the job, what the first week produces, the price, the free week, the notice, who owns what, and how data is handled and kept. You accept it on your work page, and each version is kept in your record. Where these terms and your agreement differ, the agreement wins for that job.
The first week
We do the first week of the job before you pay anything. You see the work on a private page and decide. If you go ahead, you book a short call and add a card, and nothing is charged. Your free week starts when that call ends (or when your card is on file, if you have already talked to us) and runs for 7 days; the first charge comes on day 8, unless your agreement says otherwise. If you would rather talk first, you can book the call without a card. A contract for defined work has no free week: each deliverable you accept is billed, and nothing else is. The price depends on the job and its scope, and you see it in your proposal before you decide.
Your work page
Your work page is a private link, not a login. Anyone holding the link sees the page as the person it was issued to, so treat it like a key. Links expire after 90 days, and a fresh one is sent on request to the address we have for you. You can name delegates and staff; each gets their own link and role, and the record shows who did what. A higher-risk approval asks for a one-time code sent to your own number or address.
What you agree to
- You are a business, and the person accepting has the authority to hire on its behalf.
- The accounts you connect are yours to connect, and the access you grant is access you are allowed to give.
- What you tell the employee about your business is true. It works from what you say.
- You will not use the employee to send spam, to deceive anyone, to collect or use personal information you are not allowed to, to infringe anyone’s rights, or to do anything unlawful. If a task looks like that, the employee will decline and a person at Allying will be in touch.
- You will pay the price in your agreement when it is due.
Your channels and your accounts
The employee is present in the channels you connect: Slack, Microsoft Teams, text and WhatsApp on its own phone number, email, and the conversation on your work page. Each of those platforms has its own terms, and you keep to them. When you connect an account, the access is sealed, used only for the work, and revoked the day the job ends. You can remove a connection at any time from your work page.
Money
Billing is monthly through Stripe from day 8, the day after your free week ends; nothing is charged before then. Stripe holds your card; we do not. A refund is a decision a person at Allying makes, case by case; write to us. Prices change only with a new version of your agreement, which you accept before it applies.
Ending
If your agreement is month to month, you stop with one note and nothing more is charged; a contract for defined work ends on its end date. We may end a job with the notice in your agreement, or at once if you break these terms. When a job ends, the access you granted is revoked the same day, your links stop working, and your export is ready: the employee’s notes with their full history, every piece of work, and the record as CSV and JSON. The export stays available for 30 days. 30 days after the end we delete the employee’s work sessions at our model provider and confirm it in your record. The privacy policy says what is kept after that.
What you own
The work we make for your job is made for you, in your name and in your brand, and it is yours; your agreement says so for each job. The notes the employee keeps about your business are yours to read and to take with you in the export, and we do not use them for another customer. Allying keeps what it built to do the job (the software and the way we do each job) and the record of what was done. The work is done with AI; where the law gives no one copyright in a piece, you still get every right we have in it.
The record
Every action, approval, message, report and decision is a row in an append-only record, chained by hash so it cannot be quietly edited. You can read it on your work page and take it in your export. It is the evidence behind every report and every invoice.
Text messages
If you choose text as a way to hear from your employee, these terms apply to those texts.
- Program. Allying work updates, from PM Frontier LLC.
- What you get. Texts from your employee’s number about the work: a piece that needs your yes, a report, a note that your specialist will call, and replies when you text it. Message frequency varies with the work.
- Receptionist notes. If you use Allying’s receptionist and ask for its notes by text on your setup call, you get texts from Allying at (833) 616-2559: your call notes, up to four a day when calls came in, and notes about your account. Saying yes is not a condition of purchase. What they say and how to stop them: allying.com/receptionist/texts.
- Rates. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opting out. Reply STOP at any time. You get one text confirming it, and nothing after.
- Help. Reply HELP, or email hello@allying.com.
- Consent. You choose text as a way to hear from the employee, and you can change that at any time. Your number and your consent are never shared with third parties; see the privacy policy.
- Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
The website
You may read allying.com and use the form on it to tell us about a job. Do not scrape the site, probe it, or send it anything you would not send a person. The site’s content is ours; your work, shown on your private page, is yours.
What we promise and what we do not
We promise to do the job as your agreement describes, to show you the work, to ask before anything higher-risk goes out in your name, and to have a person answer when you write. The employee is an AI: it can be wrong, which is why the work is shown to you and the record is kept. Read what goes out in your name.
Beyond what these terms and your agreement promise, the service is provided as it is, without other promises, as far as the law allows. The employee does not give legal, medical, tax or financial advice; where your business needs that, a qualified professional should give it.
Limits on liability
As far as the law allows: our total liability for a job is limited to what you paid us for that job in the 12 months before the claim; neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits; and nothing here limits a liability the law does not allow to be limited.
Indemnity
You will cover us for claims that come from the accounts, content and instructions you gave us. We will cover you for claims that our software infringes someone else’s rights.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If something goes wrong, tell us first, and a person will call you to try to put it right. If that does not settle it, disputes go to the state or federal courts in Wyoming, and both of us agree to those courts.
Changes
When these terms change, the date at the top changes, and customers with a live job are told. A change to your agreement is a new version you accept before it applies.
