Is this for me

What is Allying?

Allying does the job a business has already posted, as an employee or contractor, for 30% of the salary in the posting, a month, with a monthly minimum for each job. The first week of the work is done before any conversation and costs nothing; if you go ahead, you book a short call and add a card, and nothing is charged. Your free week starts with the call, and the first charge comes on day 8. A named specialist answers for the work, and every action is on the record.

What kinds of businesses is this for?

Businesses that are not technology companies: restaurants, clinics, contractors, consumer brands, law and accounting firms, brokerages, agencies, distributors. If you have a job to fill and a business to run, this is for you.

What jobs can you do?

The jobs a business posts: social media, customer emails and campaigns, customer care, the phones, admin and operations, content and video, design, research and reporting, and more. Each one is done as its own job, with a person who knows that work. Tell us which job and we will say plainly whether we do it well.

What if my job is unusual?

Tell us about it in a few sentences. A job is a set of responsibilities, and most unusual jobs are a familiar set in an unfamiliar order. If we cannot do it well, we say so. A project with an end date works too: it is priced as one total instead of a month.

Do I need to understand AI?

No. You explain the work and the standard you expect. We handle the technology and agree how to keep you informed.

Is this a tool I have to learn?

No. There is nothing to install and no dashboard you have to check. The job shows up where your business already talks and sends you a short note each day. The only new thing is a private page where the work and the record live, and you can ignore it if you prefer the notes.

Where in the world do you work?

Anywhere your business is, in any country. The price is in the currency of your posting, the work is written in the language your posting was written in, and the hours are your business hours in your own time zone. Where your country has a rule that touches the job, we tell you once, in one plain sentence, and leave the choice with you.

What is month-end close support?

The work a bookkeeper or accountant does after a month ends so the books for that month are complete and tied to outside evidence: every bank and card account reconciled to its statement, processor payouts tied to deposits, uncategorized transactions cleared, recurring entries posted, the close package assembled, and the period locked after a named person reviews it. Nothing moves money. Every number ties to a statement or is shown as a difference, never absorbed.

How it starts

What happens first?

We do the first week of the job before we ask for a conversation: the real work, in your brand, built from what you have already published. It lands on a private page made for you. You judge the work, not a pitch.

What do I need to give you?

To start, nothing: the first week is built from what is already public about your business. If you go ahead, you invite the job into the accounts it needs, the way you would a new colleague, and we agree the hours, what needs your yes and how you want to be kept informed.

How long until the job is running?

The first week of work is on your page before we talk. If you go ahead, your free week starts with a short call with your specialist, and the job works in your own channels as soon as you connect the accounts it needs, usually that same day.

I posted the job on a job board. Does that matter?

That is where we start. If we found your posting, you hear from us with the work already done. If you have not posted one, describe the work on this page in a few sentences and we take it from there.

The work, day to day

Where does the work show up?

In your own channels: Slack, Teams, text, WhatsApp or email, with a phone number and an email address of its own. Your team talks to it the way they talk to anyone else on the team. There are no special steps and nothing to change about how you work.

What hours does it keep?

Your business hours, agreed when the job starts. Deliveries land inside those hours. Something urgent is handled at once; anything else waits for the morning, the way it would with a colleague.

How fast does it answer?

In Slack and by text, within a minute during your hours, with an answer, not a holding message: what you asked, one assumption or question if there is one, and the time you will have it. By email, as fast as the inbox delivers. The reply is not the work; the work arrives at the time named.

How fast is the work itself?

A routine piece asked for before the last two hours of your day lands by the end of that day; one asked for in those last two hours lands the next morning. A piece that takes days gets a first look sooner and a named day. If a time slips, you hear before it does, with the new time and the reason.

What will it not do?

It does not invent facts about your business. It does not spend money without your yes, every time. It does not send anything to someone outside your business without your yes until you say that kind of message no longer needs asking. It does not pretend to be a person when someone asks. And it does not take on work outside the job you agreed without telling you.

Who reviews the work?

Two kinds of review. Checks built into the work before anything goes out, and your named specialist, a person with experience in that job, who reads work on a schedule and everything you raise. When something is strange or wrong, that person picks up.

Who is responsible for the quality?

Your named specialist oversees the job. They set the quality standard, guide review and corrections, and are the person you can contact when something needs attention. You’ll meet them and understand their experience before starting.

Will it still sound like our business?

Your existing work, preferences and feedback guide the voice. Review the work, ask for changes, and see whether the approach feels right before deciding.

What if the work isn’t right?

Tell us what needs changing. Your specialist reviews the issue and guides the correction. You keep control of what goes out in your name.

How do changes and revisions work?

Ask in the same thread. A revision is a new promise with its own time, and the number of rounds per piece is written in your agreement, so nothing goes back and forth without end. What you approve and what you edit is remembered, so the next piece starts closer to what you want.

Your customers

Does it talk to my customers?

Only when that is the job, such as customer care or the phones, and only within the limits you set. The first messages to people outside your business wait for your yes. Once you have seen how they are handled, you can say that kind of message no longer needs asking, and you can take that back any time.

Will my customers know it is AI?

That is your choice, and it stands everywhere: say it up front, or say it when asked, which is the default. We record what you chose. Whatever you choose, when a customer asks whether they are talking to a person, the answer is honest.

Who decides that?

You do, when the job starts, and you can change it later in one message. Nobody decides it for you, and nothing overrides it.

What does the law say where I am?

Some places have a rule about telling a caller or a chat user that they are talking to AI, and it differs by country, by state and by the kind of contact. Where yours has one, we mention it once, in one plain sentence, when the job starts and on your page, and leave the choice with you.

What if a customer is upset or the question is strange?

Anything it is unsure about goes to a person: your named specialist, or you, depending on what you agreed. A complaint, a legal question, a request for a refund, anything outside the job’s brief is handed over rather than guessed at, and you can see the hand-off on the record.

Trust and control

What needs my yes?

Not everything, and not nothing. Drafts, research and internal files are done without asking. Anything that reaches someone outside your business, an image going public or a website going live waits for your yes; when you are happy with how one of those is handled, say so, and it stops asking for that kind of thing. Anything that costs money asks you every time.

Can I stop it?

Yes, at any moment, in one message: stop this piece, stop this kind of thing, or stop the job. Stopping the job takes one note, and nothing more is charged. There is no contract term and no notice period.

Who owns the work?

You do. It is made in your accounts, in your name, from your material. If you stop, everything that was made stays with you, and your accounts stay yours.

What do you keep about my business?

What the job needs to do the work well: your preferences, what you approved and what you changed, and the record of what was done. We do not sell it, share it with other customers, or use your customers’ details for anything but your job. Write to us and we will tell you exactly what is held.

Where is the record?

On your private page. Every action taken in your name is listed with when it happened and what it was based on. You get a short note each day and a report each week with the counts, so "did this get done?" always has an answer you can look at.

Can it get into accounts I did not give it?

No. It has what you invited it into and nothing else. If a piece of work needs something it does not have, it asks you for it, with what it would cost if anything, and waits.

Money

What does it cost?

As the standard rule, 30% of the salary in your posting, a month. The first week costs nothing: we do it before we ask for a conversation. If you go ahead, you book a short call and add a card, and nothing is charged. Your free week starts with the call, and the first charge comes on day 8. Every job has a monthly minimum, written in your proposal before you decide.

What does 30% mean in practice?

Take the salary you wrote in the posting and keep 30% of it, spread over the year and billed by the month. A $60,000 posting is $1,500 a month. Nothing is added for payroll, benefits, equipment or holidays, because there are none. An hourly posting is priced the same way on a 40-hour week.

What does it cost to start?

Nothing. We do the first week before we ever talk. If you want to go ahead, you pick a time for a short call and add a card, and nothing is charged. Your free week starts with that call, and the first charge comes on day 8.

How does month to month work?

After the free week you are billed monthly, month to month. There is no contract term. Stop with one note and nothing more is charged.

What is not included?

Money that leaves your business: ad budgets, paid tools, printing, anything with a receipt. None of it is spent without your approval, and none of it is in our price. A second job is a second posting and a second price.

What if I stop?

You keep everything that was made and your accounts stay yours. There is no fee for stopping and nothing to cancel beyond the one note. If you later hire a person for the job, what has been built is theirs to pick up.
